Anyone else out there a major Fable enthusiast like myself? I've been patiently awaiting a new release but have yet to receive any good news. Its sad to say that Microsoft canceled the Fable Legends project and also shutdown Lionhead Studios around Marsh of this year. I'm so desperate I've moved back to my Xbox 360 just so I can play Fable Anniversary so as to cure my addiction. What are your thoughts on the topic?

I was really upset when they closed Lionhead, I spent many hours playing Fable games and for them to just close it all down out of the blue is pretty annoying. RIP Fable

Loved Fable II and I can even say Fable III was fun, I played through Fabe II on backwards compatibility and it was so worth it. I really hope the fable IP gets bought and isn't ruined.

Well, there hasn't been any good news on the Fable IP but a company called Flaming Foul Studios that has a couple of ex Lionhead Studios employees are working on a titled Fable Fortune that is supposed to be a revival of the series. I'm not a big fan of CCGs personally but I'm willing to give anything Fable related a chance. Fingers crossed, Molyneux may still develop Fable IV but that won't be for a while and 9 times out of 10 it won't be with Lionhead.

There's still hope, there is always hope. Check out Fable Fortune, the last update on it was back in June but it's still something to go off of.

It sucks they closed Lionhead, I wasn't a fan of Fable Legends either but I enjoyed 1-3. I can see something happening in the future but I don't know what I hope they find a way to make a fourth fable game.
