Well, its obviously my first time building / upgrading a PC. My Specs ATM are as follows:

HP Compaq dc9700 SFF, 8GB Ram, Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00 GHz, 1 TB Hard Drive, 64 Bit And Intel Q45/43 Express Chipset Display Adapter. I am planning to buy a Graphics Card as i currently do not have one, and also upgrade my power supply as it is only 240W and the stock power supply. I pretty much am just asking for advice for what to get as i am on a budget and am not sure whats compatible with what. It would be appreciated. If you respond, please make sure its compatible with my motherboard / power supply etc. (Looking for Cheap Parts to make a decent Gaming PC)

Build a new system. You can probably re-use your HDD. You could re-use the CPU, Mobo and RAM for now but I'd swap them out soon for something significantly newer.

What's your budget and currency?

Also, what monitor are you using?
