Notice a lot of inconsistency with your channel. You upload a lot of different games which isn't good, pick a game and stick with it. Make proper thumbnails for your videos, don't steal someones or take an image off google and think it is good enough to be a thumbnail, also avoid clickbait thumbnails like your GTA one or you will end up with dislikes and even a strike on your channel. Other than that keep grinding and putting work into your channel.
