Seriously, why are people still suggesting systems? We don't even know what OP wants this PC for.
Regardless, that PSU is trash. GTX 1080 isn't worth the $280 premium over a GTX 1070 which will perform almost on par. $180 on a motherboard is not necessary and at that point really, you may as well go X99. Why recommend an i7 if you have no idea what he's using the system for? Over priced RAM and the fan controller is not necessary.

If you wouldn't be arrogant and you would read and interpret then you would see that i made it for a 4k or higher refresh rate 1440, i said i would change it if he didnt have either of those two resolutions as a monitor, so why flame someone over it?

Not arrogant. Also not flaming you. Why are you taking offence? We don't even know if OP is using this system for gaming, so you're just wasting your own time. We don't know what monitor he's using. If it's 1080p, he should upgrade it or spend less money on components if he's just gaming at 1080p.
As I said though, most importantly that PSU is absolute trash.EVGA's GQ units are decent, GS units are good, and G2 units are stellar. Their NEX(G1) units however, are terrible and nobody should buy one. The GTX 1080 is just not worth the premium over the GTX 1070. Also the fan controller is not necessary at all?
Other than that, pretty solid suggestion but we still need more info from OP.
