I'm looking for an xbox one gaming headset with individual voice chat control.
An example of this feature would be on the turtle beach x12 where you can lower someones voice without it affecting the game volume. The only headsets that I know of that offers these are some of the turtle beach models but they are wireless and I'm not a big fan of wireless headsets.

I'm looking for the best overall headset out there with this function. If there is an adapter I can buy that can do this function I would be interested in that as well.

Please link me any headsets or tell me which ones to check out.

Nothing too expensive. Anything below 100 is fine and anything above 150 is not.

Just buy one of those little mix adapters I got mine for 25$ and Astros you can change game volume and chat individually. I love my A50's

Which adapter are you talking about? The xbox adapter only raises and lowers game and chat volume at the same weather you want higher game or chat volume. That is the only one i know of. Im not a fan of wireless headsets so a50s are out the discussion not to mention the problems and the price range.
