So my cousin brought me a iphone 5s before he sent it to me we were on skype and he was showing me that everything was working good, he had it on the home screen, he went on the app store etc. when i get the phone its activation lock. does anyone know how to fix this?

Ask your cousin..
Because I'm 100% sure there is no other way to unlock the activation lock.

take it too some mobile phone shop, i'm sure there's one that does stuff like that, there's a few in my area
