So I Have A Iphone 6 & 6s And There Both Activation Locked Is There Any Way I Can Remove That

Well, if you can't do it through the iTunes they're probably stolen.
I'd contact Apple support if you just messed up but if you bought them like that they're more likely than not stolen and you got ripped.

Sorry but there's no way to remove them without the persons Apple ID and password
