Okay, i dont know much about pcs but i want to be able to run games like GTA V smoothly and at a good FPS rate this is my set up i would love it if you guys told me what i should upgrade to get these games to run smoothly.

Processor AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-Core Processor

Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GT 630

RAM 8.0 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 14393), 64-bit

Need more like speed of ram, what motherboard if you dont have an ssd get one, you definately need a new graphics card a gtx 1060 so be sufficient

Download Speccy and post a screenshot of your results. That will help us alot.
As for the case, give us the manufacture and look for a model number on it somewhere. Is your PC prebuilt or custom made?

No one can do anything without a budget and currency. We also need to know the make and model of both your case and PSU, otherwise we can't help.

I'd upgrade GPU and add an SSD, then start looking at a monitor and CPU upgrade after that. Need to know your PSU before I can suggest anything as your PSU may need replaced. Take the side panel off of your case, there will be a sticker on your PSU with the make, model, and wattage.
