I got a Modded account on the xb1 but I've recently just switched to the ps4, am I able to character transfer that over or am I better off just going for new account that's modded? Also can anyone recommend anyone who has instock? Thanks in advance

Nope you can only transfer your character once. You will have to get a new pre-modded account.

The stickies at the top of the Grand Theft Auto section is your best bet to finding a instock modded profile, good luck searching though dude.
