i'm getting a:
Intel G3258 4 Pentium 3.20 GHz
EVGA 500 W1, 80+
EVGA GeForce GTX 950
ASUS H81M-A MicroATX
Seagate 1TB Desktop HDD
which would be better for gaming 32 inch or a 19 inch?

out of the options, 19 inch is the way to go. but for gaming the best monitor size is either 21 or 24 inch

Neither. It sounds like you're trying to choose between a tv and a sub 1080p resolution monitor. The size obviously makes much less difference than actual quality of the monitor.
IMO, the perfect monitor sizes are;
22-24" for 1080p
24-27" for 1440p
27-32"for 4k.

Have to agree with him. Although if you had to pick between the two definitely the 19in. You don't want to be gaming on a TV.

Just bought a 23 inch monitor @ 1080p and its perfect 32 inches is a bit too big imo...But if you do go for the 32 inch just make sure it has gaming features such as a fast response time , g-sync, etc.

I game on a24inch I love it not to big and not to small highly recommended
