So I just turned 18 and I tried applying to a few credit cards in order to start building my credit and they all denied me. Do you guys know any credit cards I can apply for that will accept me? I have no credit whatsoever.

Best easiest way of building credit is to just get a secured loan. You really need to know what you're doing with a credit card, if you take too much out you'll actually hurt your credit / won't get much credit out of it. Usually you should only take out 1/3rd of your total credit and pay it off in full.
I say get a secured loan because it's super easy and risk free. All you do is get say a $1,000 secured loan (you don't actually get any money), and you start paying X amount per month. Once you've paid it off, you get the money back.
Also if you're buying a car, finance it.
The best thing I can tell you is stop applying for credit cards. The ones that you can get will have stupid high interest rates. Capitol one will always have a credit card for everyone, but their interest rates are ridiculous.
