Bro i've been through this... i know it might seem hard and you want to give up... don't.
I lost 50+ pounds in about 6 to 7 months, but i put in the work.
That means eat meals cooked at home like some vegetables, proteins, carbs (one of each)
and do shit load of cardio. Cut off all the garbage, snacks, drinks, etc. and i guarantee you will see results.

Hey man, i've lost a little weight even tho ive been active all my life these past 2 years, i used to be 226 and now im about 185ish, i do play football and wrestle for my highschool but still this was mostly done on my own behalf. Cut out unnecessary snacks and midnighting snacking is what kills you. Cardio is key and also hitting the sauna will help lose a few pounds of water weight here and there. You'll get through this dude and you'll be prouder than ever!!
