to not be in debt with ccs is to just pay it off now if you pay off a cc with another cc then another then you deserve to be in debt but yeah op this advice is pretty much the only thing you need to know just pay everything off and you would be fine but its better to move in with roommate(friends)

$1300 is not a whole lot so spend that wisely, also do you have a job? if you dont find one asap. even if its at mcdonalds. a paycheck helps a whole lot. limit your expenses until you are somewhat "stable"

im not sure what your home life is like, but im willing to bet that this will show you that home is a good place to be, and more than likely your parents just want the best for you.

Get a roommate

I moved out from my mom at 17. I had the money to live on my own, however a lot of people didn't want to rent a house out to someone under 18, even after I turned 18, I still had some people tell me they wanted someone in their 20's at least. Anyways, I ended up moving in with some friends and paying them rent, until I was able to move out on my own at 18 which was a few months after I turned 18, even though I was trying the day I turned 18. If you're struggling in finding a place, I would see if you can room mate with friends or even put up an inquiry that you're looking for a room mate. $1300 isn't really a lot to be going on your own (I'm generally talking about getting a place for your own, with most homeowners expecting you to pay first month's rent, security deposit, ect.) If you have a room mate where your rent is like $300, you now have 1k for you to keep for anything else you may need.

I would avoid a hotel/motel at all costs unless it's literally your last chance for getting a place to stay. The reason I say this, is a lot of people can end up getting stuck in a hotel/motel and not being able to get a better place due to financial issues. I don't know how much you make right now, but let's just say you find a hotel/motel for about $45 a night. You're spending about $1,350 on living there, not counting the fast food you'll have to live off of and if you have to pay for internet while there. Very easily you will be living paycheck to paycheck unless you're clearing more than the hotel cost and how much you think you will spend on fast food.
