i have a chipped xbox and the new update is out soon. should i update? i only got it chipped late summer when the guy who lives near me got the latest firmware that is as close as possible to microsofts firmware and said ther is almost no chance of me getting banned but ther is a new dashboard so im scared incase the bring the ban hammer down on chipped consoles
