This is a video of me showing you guys how to get out side of the Map, Mission Bright Mountain Tunnel.
1: Go to the Slums Map, and find the Bright Mountain Tunnel.

2: Accept the Bright Mountain Tunnel, and go behind you to a peace of tin.

3: Stand to the right of the peace of tin as your looking at it.

4: Look to the left from facing the barrier / wall, and look all the way up tell you cant attach again.

5: Go back to the last location you could latch on to, and pull up just a little.

6: Press L2, Hold Up on the Left Analog Stick, and constantly Press R1 to climb.
(May take a couple of times to get it, make sure your looking at it the same way i am in the above picture.)
