If you both know that there is no discernible reason why then all you have to do is wait until she isn't grounded any more.
Tell her that she just needs to be patient and wait until you can see her again, then things will go back to normal.

Your young and have your whole life ahead of you. So like the previous comments mentioned, If you can't see yourself without this girl, then you will do whatever it takes to make her happy. Girls are very complicated, especially at that young. They don't really know exactly what they want and are just growing into a young adult. Stuff like that is very normal in young relationships, if it's meant to be you'll find a way through it, if not you'll move on and find someone else who makes you happy.

Sounds to me like it's a daddy issue. Her dad I don't think wants her dating (honestly what dad wants their daughter with another guy). I think the best thing for you to do is take her dad out for lunch or something and have a man to man conversation and try to come off as a good guy. If you get on his good side, he will release her to you.
