Hey I finally have the money to buy gold for TTG but if I bought a PayPal card then redeemed it would I have to have a card or something to buy gold

no just make sure your paypal is all activated and you're good. i never had a card before

Yes redeem the gift card on PayPal.
You just need money in your PayPal balance to purchase gold.
