Does anyone know what paypal means by pending and what happens / how long it takes ik what pending means but why is it pending

If you've sent / received a payment It's most likely that the bank/paypal have placed the funds on hold whilst they're cleared.

Funds can be held for up to 21 days.

Your funds are being withheld. It can take anywhere from an hour or two to a few business days depending on the amount.

It means your money hasn't gone through yet.
It all depends on where the person is located
