I don't normally post things like this online, but it's worth a shot.

For the past week or so I have been having what it feels like insomnia. No matter what I do, I cannot fall asleep. I've been feeling really sleep deprived only getting a couple of hours per night at most.

Currently, it is 05:24 am in the UK, and yet again I am awake after being in bed for like 6 hours.

Any know of this?

Sucks right? It will all be worth it once he's older though.

No actually sleep is for the strong. It's proven that the right amount of sleep helps you preform better throughout the day and helps your body be healthy. It best to maintain a healthy cycle

If it's that big of a problem for you just go and get some Melatonin and see if that helps.
