right so i have literally 0 clue about Pcs or laptops or computer specs im hopeless.

i bought a lenovo idea pad

It has windows 10
AMD A10 - 9600 RADEON R5 10 COMPUTE CORES 4C+6G 2.40 GHz

8GB RAM
54 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM

Can this laptop run the likes of ARMA, DAY Z, etc etc smoothly ?

Simple answer more than likely not, and it'd be a waste for you to buy those games.

No chance. Low end, low clocked APU in a laptop is going to be doing pretty much zero gaming, especially not poorly optimised games like DayZ and Arma.
