Doesn't hurt to try man, if shes not into you you'll just be back to where you are now, not a big deal.
Just be cool with it and talk to her as a friend right now and occasionally drop a flirt here and there just to see if shes playing your game.
Then when you think she's actually feeling you too then maybe bring up that you have feelings for her much more than friends.

Just talk to her, ask her. If she doesn't feel the same way then so be it, there is a dozen of fish in the sea.

If you really like her then make an attempt to let her know how you feel and see if she feels the same way, but it's possible she won't feel the same way. Not all girls are for everyone, you have to find the right one suited for you.
