Is Clannad or Clannad after story related to Angel beats! because last time i watched that, Clannad came up as a recommendation

No what a recommendation is around anime, is something similar in some sort of aspect to what you were previously watching

You said you watched almost all of high school DxD. But have you watched the entire series? There's Highschool DxD Born, New, and I think one more "season" to it. If you have any trouble finding them or would like any guidance to where to watch any anime, thetechgame.org has A LOT of anime. And under advance search, you can choose the generas your looking for. Also, I recommend, 1.Shuffle! 2.Demon King Daimou
3.Seikoku no Dragonar

Those three I enjoyed a lot.(Shuffle! Is mainly just romance)

Thats because I don't have literally everything ive ever watched on that, just the ones that ive properly enjoyed so it will be most of what id rate as the best ... ie 10

Those stories aren't related, but Clannad and Clannad Afterstory are. You can watch Afterstory (the better portion of the clannad series) but it wont make as much sense! A lot of people who loved clannad loved Angel beats, and vice versa. That is why it's recommended to you!
