Honestly the best decks i've ever owned would have to be my local shops decks. They have a store here (Fort walton beach, Florida) and in Orlando, Florida. If anyone is interested, Definitely check them out.

It's all personal preference my dude
All boards mostly go for the same unless you want blank boards which are boards without brands or a graphic in a deck pretty much the same as all the other decks just no design
All depends on the hardware you buy griptape,wheels, bearings etc..
