I've waited the 30 days, its been 31 actually, and it is still coming up with the "unable to transfer" problem?

have you already transferred on that account before,

is the money right i think it has to be 500 million or below

do you have invisible outfits that also can be the issue.

im not sure I've never used to account. i may have to go onto my 360 and get rid of the money

you just have to buy a bunch of cars to take the money down that is that only way
