Is it just me or do other people prefer old school rap like Wu-Tang, ODB, Gang Starr ect. over this new school shit?

I don't get how people can't just like both. There are bad and great artists both modern and old

I don't listen to rap much, but when I do it's like 2005-2010 stuff.

I like somewhere in between and a little new. I like mid 2000's Lil Wayne (All "Tha Carters" and his various mixtapes/remix tapes) and then I also like Flatbush Zombies which is 2012-2014 for the most part so it's a mix

I enjoy both. I think old rap has more personality to it, but now there's so much variety that it's difficult to not find something you like
