To join just follow : Get stacked.
On xbox one, after you have followed send message saying followed inv, when invited in must join gta v crew : iruthless MC,
When you have done this you will have IRMC bext to your name and wont get kicked
Ps if you grief people you will be kicked its for people to sell crates and stuff nit to worry about people killing!!!
Im appearing offline so randoms cant join!
