That's called bumping a thread. When you go into a forum, the most recent threads are shown at the top, by posting "good luck with sale", it puts the thread to the top. This means that more people will see it, therefore the owner is more likely to receive a purchase.

Just because you don't understand something, doesn't mean that it's wrong.

Although this is true, I do see kids with the intention to spam and post boost when they say glws.

Imo I feel like the other users that post GLWS on someone else's store is just spam. Now if the seller is posting bump on there own store I do not see that as spam.

I don't find it annoying personally but if I think her/his topic reply is spam. I'll just report the topic and that's what you should do if it annoys you that much. lol

Some people do it by mistake as TTG doesn't auto update new comments to the page you have to refresh.
