can i go to 3.55 OFW to 4.81 rebug?

Yes just get the rebug 4.81 CFW ( up to you whether you want cex or Dex ) then make a folder in your USB stick called 'PS3' then inside of that make a folder called 'UPDATE'. Then place the CFW file inside the 'UPDATE' folder and you must rename it to 'PS3UPDAT.PUP'. One done safely eject your USB from your laptop, put it in the USB slot in your PS3 that's furthers to your RIGHT hand side.
Go to system update, update via storage media and select your cfw. Then once your update has installed you'll be on Rebug 4.81

Install Rebug 3.55.4 then install QA flag Pkg ,Once you have set the QA flag install whatever Rebug version you want.
