So the weirdest thang has been happening to Me the past 2 weeks, I wake up and their is a figure or something in frount of me and I am unable to move or sometimes it feels as if it's suffocating me.

Anyone else have this problem.

P.S I might need to call ghost busters.

I am no Doctor but I think it is Sleep Paralysis. It sound like it. If you can't move when you try then yes it is.

This was like a very brief phase in my life. It was really weird and scared me to be honest. It happened consistently for a couple weeks. The same thing happened to me to where I would feel like I'm awake, couldn't move and couldn't breathe (or at least it felt that way). This may seem weird, but I learned how to kind of snap my self out of it. When I would be laying in bed and I feel like I'm in a half sleep/half awake trance type thing and couldn't move, what would snap me out of it, is that if I try to put all of my focus on just wiggling my fingers, it would almost instantly go away.

Overall, coming from someone that has experienced this before, I understand how scary and weird it is to feel like that, almost as if you're powerless. If it happens again, I'd try to do the wiggling your fingers thing. Also, try to google something like "sleep paralysis solution" or something on how to help get you through it, because it's unsettling and pretty freaking freaky.

TL;DR: If it happens again, try to wiggle your fingers and/or toes to snap yourself out of it.

I use to have this a lot a few years ago, I was told it's because the lack of sleep i was getting as i was normally up all night gaming

They say sleep paralysis is a one-off and won't happen again, and isn't really a regular thing. But if it does start to become regular then you're best option would be to see a doctor or something as they should be able to offer some sort of treatment, which normally ends up with them telling you to try and sleep earlier to ensure you are getting a good nights rest. Hopefully this isn't the case but sleep paralysis is also one of the symptoms of narcolepsy, which is a long shot but its definitely worth getting checked out if it keeps happening and it starting to become an issue

Legit had the same experience when I lived alone, I was depressed had anxiety and was paranoid. One morning I woke up and saw a figure of like a lady and I couldn't move, eventually I rubbed my eyes and it was just a jacket hanging on my door, it was weird af

I've experienced in once, luckily I wasn't able to open my eyes for some reason because otherwise I would really shit myself if there was a figure in front of me.

Honestly the whole figure thing seems a little far fetched but I've had experiences where I'm frozen in place but all I see is black
