I looked it up and it is actually very common to see figures or to hullicinate.

I've only had this happen twice, and it was probably almost 3 years ago. Like others commented, I did see a figure on someone standing at the foot of my bed looking at me. Probably the most terrifying experience ever.

Just try to get some sleep. I haven't had any experiences like this since it happened years ago an that's mainly because I try to sleep a lot more than I did when I didn't have a job. Now, sleep is a lot more important.

A friend of mine used to abuse drink and sometimes drugs and he had a phase of this. Never happened to me (touches wood) but he said it was awful and real scary

had this happen to me before.
Was told it was due to lack of sleep. Was only getting like 3-4 hours of sleep for a few weeks straight at the time.
This apparition just looked dead at me and just got closer until it got real close to me and simply vanished into then air. Only then I could move again which was terrifying.
I slept downstairs for like 5 days with my dog just to provide some sort of comfort as I was paranoid as hell because it seemed surreal.

I don't get how people see figures from sleep paralysis.
I've never experienced this so I get a little tripped out how you see shit from lack of sleep.

My girlfriend's had this a few days ago shit me up
