Are you able to transfer your account from xbox one to ps4? And if so, how?

Once you've transfered you cannot do it again.

You can only transfer characters once. Your social club account should be linked to your gamertags and you should get prompted with a message when you go first go online on your new console to transfer a character

No you can't transfer from xb1 to PS4. You can only transfer you're character from 360 or PS3 to new gen, PS4 and xb1
