Title explains the topic pretty well.
Do you skip or eat breakfast in the morning and if you skip why?
Personally I eat breakfast as much as possible, I feel better if I just eat early on but it's a habit I had to build myself to as I used to not eat every morning.
So do you eat breakfast in the morning or no?

I wake up around 10-11 so I guess I skip to lunch.
When I do wake up early I don't really have a craving for food till around lunch anyways.

Wake up at 4 am for work, I blend up oats in a blender, 1-1/2 cups, with almond milk like a smoothie, add peanut butter, a whole banana, sometime a raw egg or two and drink that. Might not sound good but I am not able to eat in the mornings so I do this to get my motabolism going early until I actually get hungry around 9am.

I try to eat breakfast, it'll only ever be a little bit of toast, not a huge fan of breakfasts although they do help you through the day.

I eat breakfast everyday, it usually consists of four weetabix biscuits and a litre of milk for me. I could change my diet and add in more calories throughout the day but I have time to eat breakfast in the morning so I do.

I mean every now and then I'll drink a shake or eat a breakfast sandwich. But usually I just eat some sliced fruit for breakfast.

I try to eat breakfast every morning, however some mornings I may be running late and have to skip.
Eating breakfast does help kickstart my day though.
