Try turning the black letters to white, and give all of the letters a black outline

The stroke you're putting on it looks really bad. If you want to stick with an outline, I'd make it thicker, and sharpen out the edges.
As for the actual care package icon, if you didn't make that yourself- you can't use it for a logo bro. If you didn thats good, but again, the stroke around it looks too rough.
You're probably working wayyy too small which is making the quality bad.

My advice would be this;
You see the actual image behind it all? Don't just drop the text over it, try work a way for it to sort of blend into the text. Also when using the borders on the text, use the same colour as the image around JUST the edges of the each letters. Search up "eSports logos" and you'll get some concepts. If you're trying to make it minimalistic try another font and spacing changes.
Also, if you're using illustrator, try adding some detail to the package & parachute thing.
Don't take this to heart, as I don't want to offend you, it's very amateur at the moment. However, if you keep practicing you can only get better!
