ok so i put my motherboard in about a week ago and my headset worked fine but i realized i forgot to install the drivers and stuff on the disc that came with my motherboard. so i installed them but now my turtle beach z22 headset works as in audio comes through but i have no mic. it worked all the way up until last night and i couldnt get them to work at all. ive tried everything microsoft.com and a few on toms hardware but nothing worked. i tried a system restore and uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling. i get error code 10 this device cannot start? if anyone can help please do i contacted turtle beach directly and they wont admit to the issue at all.

Try it again, uninstall the drivers, go to the mobos website find your specific board, download the driver again and install it, make sure all files are extracted before installing through the exe

Also make sure you reboot your computer after reinstalling the driver for it

Reboot your computer and try again, make sure you type uninstaller in the os search it'll bring you to a place to uninstall it, if that doesn't work go download the driver and proceed to reinstall anyways, if it still gives you trouble reboot try and see if it works and if it doesn't then try uninstalling it again
