I have been involved with graphic design for a while now. I started playing around with a design and thought I should make a clothing line. Please just tell me if this is something you'd purchase and wear?

Thank you for your time and reading this post about my up and coming dream. Hopefully it is something that takes off.

I think it would look dope if the graphic was on the back of the shirt.

I could do that and then put a little "$P" or something on the front. Thank you for your input. (:

Pretty cool idea. Problem is there are a lot of small, independent 'clothing lines' who are in the same boat as you but their designs and businesses just never take flight. It's an area that you need to chuck a lot of research and free time into before consdering starting.

My brother in law owns a clothing line called Judas Sinned - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and they've been around for a few years, started very small but are now becoming recognized world wide (mainly in the UK).

I know everyone doesn't share the same taste in clothing, but thank you replying.

Instead of just criticizing why not make it constructive?

I watch the show Shark Tank a lot and anyone who brings their clothing line on the show looking for an investment gets rejected by the sharks. It's a very tough business to get into. The picture you posted is just an image on a blank shirt template. I think you should make a logo, company name, put the image on the back of shirt and small logo on front. I think you should have at least 10 designs before you even ask people what do they think. I know people hate that hand you posted but in 1985 a similar T-Shirt was one of the biggest selling logo shirts of that year. The hand T-shirt I'm talking about by Santa Cruz skateboards in still making money selling that shirt 30+ years later.

To be honest, it's not my style. I'm just plain and boring. It doesn't look bad though, just something I wouldn't wear.
