I've noticed that my players have gone up in price, especially TIF Icardi and IF Bonnaventura.

Are all player prices gradually increase, or are informs or something?

Both of them players are expected to get an upgrade, I'd imagine that's why they've gone up.

Yeah as Pryzel said it has do with winter upgrades.
