I am not very good with selecting parts for people, but people will need more information;
budget?
what you plan on doing on the pc, if it be playing games, what resolution?
what monitor do you want to get?
also do you need a OS?

I can try and help you if you get stuck on building the PC or if you have any other question I will try and answer.

dont really have a budget, but keeping it 1000 or under would be ideal.
plan on using it for gaming, music and producing music, i would like the best resolution possible, so like 1080p? and i already have a benq rl2455 from playing xbox so im not really worried about that. i dont know what OS means. (remember, im not very knowledgeable on pc builds. just wondering if im better off buying a build or building myself

Yeah, no one will be able to help you if we don't have the sufficient information.

We need to know your currency, you could be using USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, GBP, Rupees, or god knows what. You definitely have a budget, so we'll need a budget to work with, as well as currency.

You said you're "already set" on the monitor, and that you already have a BenQ monitor, so which is it? You've decided on a monitor you're going to buy, or you're just going to re-use your BenQ monitor? The BenQ monitor is 1080p, which is definitely not the best resolution you're going to get, it's a meh monitor but you could use it for now until you replace it with something better.

You're 100% better off building yourself. OS is Operating System, so Windows 10 pretty much.

What exactly are you using the PC for? What games, what programs/applications. We need to know what kind of performance you actually need to suggest a reasonable system.

So;
What's your budget and currency?
What monitor are you using, or are you buying a new monitor?
Do you need a kb/mouse?
Keep in mind, if you're needing to buy a keyboard, mouse, and/or monitor, you need to give us your budget including all of these parts you need.
Will you overclock?
Any preferred colour scheme/aesthetic?
and what is the system being used for?

somehwhere around 850-1200 USD is the budget.
gunna reuse my benq rl2455 monitor since its what im best used to.
need a keyboard and mouse. something nice and will last. doesnt have to be top of the line.
not sure what you mean by overclock?
OS will probably have to be windows 10
just using it for some steam games. Rocket league, possibly CSGO, and also for producing music.
color scheme probably blue or lime green?

Get the black version of the case instead if you want, it's about $10 less I think. XFire support so you can add a 2nd RX 480 at any point if you want. Nice mech keyboard and a nice RGB mouse. You could probably even get away with an RX 470 instead of the 480, and save $30, if you wanted to save some money. You can get your OS from G2A, Kinguin, or something like that for $30ish, or less.
