So after last year being possibly one of the lowest points of my life. I made a new years resolution to get help Im not making this post to 'seek attention' from others. I just want to say lads if you ever feel depressed or anxious and it doesnt go away you need to tell someone ASAP.Telling my parents was the hardest thing Ive ever had to do depression runs in my family.Im on the road to recovery I know its gonna be a long and tough battle but im gonna beat it.

It's good to know that you will, because if you don't believe you can, you won't. God bless buddy.

Been through it all bro but you'll be fine your still young and a lot of hormones and things contribute to it!
I am still not perfect but I'm better than I was 2/3 years ago you'll find that the independence and new things as you get older will bring you up and with age your outlook on life will improve.
Drinking regularly made mine 1000 times worse so that's my tips ever need a chat you know where I am dude
God bless

hopefully its just situational like mine. naturally i always feel empty and hate being in my own thoughts. but the right vibes will do you good. also who and what you choose to be around. truly i feel your pain mate. the best thing to do is find someone to talk to. my first time legit opening up to my therapist, i broke into tears because i never spoke my true feelings before. best of luck.
