Kara no Kyoukai movies (7 of them).
Akagi
Kaiji (this has lots of similarities to Akagi but is easier to get into).

Also going to suggest a show I haven't actually seen myself. It's Denpa-teki na Kanojo, the synopsis seems like it could be an interesting watch.
