I don't have much knowledge or even know if this is possible, but I'm making a site for a community I'm part of which has a lists of who streams in said community, and who is currently live, If possible I'd like to make it where whoever is online moves to the top of the list, thanks in advance to anyone who is able to help.

If you want help or me to do it for you, let me know.
I would just use the Twitch API to check for statuses and do it that way. Maybe using a cron depending on your traffic.
