So i bought CS:GO around 2 years ago and I've always had this "download corrupt" problem when ever i try installing the game since day 1, when downloading the game randomly like to Que, pause or stop completely on it's own but sometimes the game likes to randomly finish downloading and let me play time to time for a little while then it says i'm missing files and goes back to it's old ways, this problem has doesn't happen to any of my other steam games.

I've tried the following:
Reinstall Direct X
Deleting all files and trying to reinstall
Reinstall Steam
New Steam apps folder
Opting out of beta's
Check game cache
Upgrading from windows 7 to Windows 10
Resetting PC back to factory default x4
Drivers updates
And the same error occurs, if anyone has any suggestions or a fix please post below, thanks,

My Specs are
Windows 10 Pro
AMD FX(Tm) -6300 Six-Core Processor 3.50GHz
64-Bit Operating System
8GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750
1TB HardDrive

Try changing your download region to another city.

Here's how to do that:
Click steam in the top left hand corner and click settings
Go to the download tab in the new window
There should be an option to change download region, change it to somewhere else
Click ok and try redownloading.
