I'd never try get any fired but tbh with this I have no idea because he shouldn't be driving and what happens if he did run a red light hit a young boy/girl. Maybe if he's their still try talk to him get him to change his mind

Exactly this. You may have overheard the wrong thing, and if you get him fired he can sue you for misrepresentation and slander.

That's a difficult situation, you have properly anylised (can't spell it) the situation, my personal view on this would be to probably call them. As it's to much of a risk not just for him but others too. My cuson suffers from seizures, she can't find a job ATM but that's mainly because of were we live.

I'd try and possibly mention that you overheard him and his situation, but don't make out like you're trying to interfere. Possibly report it to the hospital and see what they say. If you go jumping straight to his boss then it could really badly affect him.

You have a point though as he could potentially put somebody else's life in danger.

It's definitely a tough call in my opinion I believe in karma screwing someone over will come right back and get you. From a overheard convo seems a bit harsh too be quite honest. You don't really know whats going on best to stay out of it.
