That's not true at all. Rockstar changed suspension poliCy in october. Now your first suspension is 30 days plus account reset, 2nd time is permanent ban. This was officially announced by rockstar

yeah will be just keep doing missions and game types just play legitly it will be fine.

P.S You can get rest: depending on your Modded cars, outfits, modded roll, modded run, running about showing off, killing people, annoying people, bragging


They're actually handing out month bans to people
