My NAT type on consoles is moderate and I cannot change it, please help me fix it, if you know anything about routers or internet

Power cycle your router and ensure that your consoles are turned off etc.

If the above doesn't work- call your ISP like said above.

Turn your router off for 5 mins and turn it back on.

Or try disconnecting devices from the router that are not in use (tablets etc..) and check the NAT type again.
