Yes and no if you even have the money for the amount of power you will be using monthly and you won't make much profit at all. Better off buying a decent ASIC much rather then a PC strictly for that and it is a utter WASTE IMO.

I will give you my opinion and go ahead be rude lmfao using a xeon will not help you any really, bitcoin mining is more GPU based, and you're basically not getting much from that alone. Good luck with your system that won't bring you much in return.

If you run unraid which would be smart, got a second GPU and better mobo, OCed the cards and set up two miners on one system and murder your power bill BUT somehow make little if any profit.

I'll give you credit you tried to "budget it" and made it make no logical sense, the cooler doesn't make sense if you're expecting 24/7 use. The CPU is and isn't pointless if you are going for PCIe lanes. Core mining would never work because you would throttle from temps like a bitch. That power supply could give out under heavy load its rated at 300 but doesn't exactly mean it stops at 300 it could be 350+..
