I've made about 8 accounts in the last 3 days and only 1 has been banned and reset for 30 Days.
But Yeah, there is a big risk of your account being banned atm

I just got a modded account and got hit with the 30 day suspension and reset, is there any way to sneak under the bans? Like maybe not spend 160 million in 2 hours lol

i purchased an account 2 days later ban and reset i played on the account the first day so maybe thats why

There's a lot of things happening in the modding community. Microsoft is doing something to help take down modders. When we put a new kv on it won't let us connect to Xbox live. So far on gta there's a big ban wave. I suggest not to buy a modded account
