No one can help, no. We need more information before we can help.
No one can help you get a copy of Win10 if you're doing so 'illegally'. You can buy a key for Win10 from Kinguin, G2A, or /r/microsoftsoftwareswap fairly cheap. If you want to get it free, just use Google/YouTube. I'm pretty sure you can just download a Win10 ISO or something from the MS site and install the OS for free legally anyway, not certain though.

What is your budget and currency? Not your budget in other currencies, your budget in your currency.
Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor are you using?
What exactly are you using the system for?
Do you need anything else, like keyboard/mouse/headset/speakers/etc?
Any preferred colour scheme/aesthetic?

What monitor are you using? Also what keyboard and mouse, just as a matter of interest?
What games will you be playing?

That Corsair PSU is trash. GTX 970 would make no sense at this point, at all. The rest is pretty alright, but I'm not sure why you're so determined to get an i7 if you're only gaming.

what is PSU? and what do you recommend?

All im looking for is:

- Fast Working computer (Starts and loads fast)
- Able to play all games at high quality
- And what ever else you need for gaming/

Yeah cool, peripherals are fine. The GTX 970 would definitely be a horrible choice since you have a Freesync monitor.

PSU is Power Supply Unit. The Corsair CX750.

Again though, I have no idea what games you're going to play. Some games need better components to play at higher settings, especially at 100+ FPS. For example, an i5 and RX 480 would be more than enough to play CSGO at 1080p, 144Hz. However, an i5 and RX 480 isn't going to be hitting 144FPS in GTA V at Ultra, 1080p.

That being said, you have a Feesync monitor, so an RX 480 or R9 Fury are pretty much your only options. The Fury is going to perform better for the vast majority of uses, but the 480 is the highest end new GPU from AMD, unless you're willing to wait for Vega.

I really don't think you need the i7. An i5-6600k or 7600k would probably be fine, but you can fit it within budget so I added it.

Alternative motherboard if you want to save some money;

Alternative cooler for better aesthetics/performance, if you want;

Although I probably wouldn't since you don't seem to plan on overclocking, at least not any time soon. So the £34 cooler would be more than adequate and still looks fine, much better than Intel's stock cooler that's for sure.

The games i will probably be playing are, CSGO, GTA, H1z1, The witcher, Minecraft, a few more.

Would you say that my Graphics card is better than i would need? or its not good enough?

If you were building a system for gaming only and have £1200. what would you get.

playing those games, and getting good FPS for each game.

thanks.

An RX 480 or R9 Fury would be overkill for playing CSGO for sure. However, since you're playing AAA titles like GTA V, no. R9 Fury is wiser because it will perform better than the 480, but you still won't be hitting 144FPS in GTA V, with a Fury or 480. You'll still play everything comfortably at 1080p though and the Fury is pretty much the best option for you right now, like I said, unless you want to wait for Vega. If I had a Freesync monitor and was dropping £1200 on a system, what I linked above is what I'd get.
