TBH just watched the video and he did push for kids to gamble lucky its not more and jail time
Not saying what he did wasn't wrong or anything but 91k is defiantly overboard, 30-50 would have been much more reasonable. It's not as if the guy is a scumbag he has kids and a family to look after and for a petty crime such as this 91k is ridiculous.
Petty crime is been found smoking a spliff or spraying painting a wall. Scamming money and telling underage people to gamble on his own site is breaking multiple laws. I couldn't give a flying toss if he had 20 kids to 20 different mothers; he broke the law and deserves to be to prosecuted for it. 91k is nothing especially when "m0e" (CSGO streamer) was earning 90k a month for just promoting a site and playing on it when he streamed. Owning a gambling site is extremely profitable and due to the recent backlash of the Tmartn/ Syndicate scandal people are taking legal action for this kind of thing.
He is extremely lucky with whatever sentence he gets.
