You haven't really explained that well..

So you want to make perfect circles for a eraser/paint brush?

yes but kinda inverted if that makes any sense i got a cleared out template here if you want to take a look on what im trying to do and i got 38 others with pictures inside i dont want to ruin that much of the edges are fine but there is not a option and just coloring a new circle with the circle tool

Make a perfect circle using the shape tool on a new layer, use the select tool to select the outside area of the circle, hide the circle layer, select the image layer, press delete and you will delete everything within the selection.

ApexJnr i have tried this but i cant get it perfect the marking tool cant figure out what pixels i need to mark or not so it cuts off corners and skip pixels or it cant mark the circle at all and takes the whole picture as one even tho my markingtool is 1 pixel wide

201 kinda i made the basic with the eclipse tool and overlaying my images but after 38 pictures the circle was not round anymore as i had to cut the picture to fit inside the circle and that left the circle with edges like a staircase around the whole circle
