Me & my two buddies are wanting to go on spring break to Florida & the place we're wanting to go has a rental age of 25 but we're all 18.
We're looking at very cheap places like $80-$100 dollars a night.
Do you think they'll come & check our ages or no?
My buddies have done it in the past but their parents have been down there in the same area as them but not with them.

I'm pretty sure they'll ask you to present your ID's, something with proof of age on it.

Yes your id will be checked lol. Most places are going to photcopy it when you check in. They do this in case there is damage in the room when you leave or something illegal happens

Well this is a condo type of place. You're usually given a code upon arrival & that is how you access your place.
There aren't any checkin-ins.
That's why I'm confused whether or not they'd come & check our ID's.

I've got let into many hotels at 18 (I'm now 19). Just act like your 40 and don't smell like any suspicious substances lol

It depends where you go. If you go to a chain place like Holiday inn, Extended stay, etc. they have always checked my ID (I'm 18 but I have CLC lodging). If you go to a 1 off place, I've never had my ID checked.

They're for sure gonna ask for ID even if you look 35, it's just normal protocol for them to do when you're renting.
